Eboue had no need at all to tackle Lucas for the penalty, the Liverpool player had his back to goal and was going away from goal. A tangle of feet tripped the Brazilian and that was that. A breathless finale, and Arsenal's charge is surely over.
Wenger walks out to confront the referee, but I think he got both decisions right.

Well played Robinson, Walcott bursts through onto Fabregas' ball but the defender sticks with him, sends him wide and when the cross does come in Liverpool have regropued and Carragher boots clear.
Arsenal break, Fabregas' pass is overhit but Van Persie chases it as Reina comes to shield the ball out for a goal kick, but the striker very nearly keeps the ball in. A let off for the goalkeeper.
Nice from Arsenal, until the ball gets to Walcott on the edge of the box, as he kicks the ball with his left a split second before connecting with his right and it dribbles harmlessly wide.
Van Persie hoofs the free kick, which was near the corner flag, about five yards over the bar. Waste.

The replay shows Walcott's shot definitely hit Kuyt on the arm, he had his right arm out slightly but was trying to tuck it in when then shot struck him. Tricky one.

Trouble in Arsenal's box as Walcott's swerving shot forces Reina to parry, even though it was right at him, Van Persie knocks the rebound across goal but Flanagan nods behind under pressure from Nasri.
Carroll pulls away at the back post but his header was weak and no-one was near to capitalise.
Suarez gets one-on-one with Djourou but the defender does well to stick a leg out and concede a corner.
Liverpool getting plenty of men forward on the counter and Arsenal not probing particularly well in the final third yet.
Carroll gets his head on the corner but it was a tad too high for him and loops over the bar.
Wilshere gives the ball away and Kuty feeds Suarez wide, Lucas is on the overlap and wins a corner off Clichy.
Clichy gets round Spearing but Carragher nods his near post cross clear of danger.
Suarez's effort is on target but not well hit and Szczesny is right behind it.
Now Liverpool win a free kick 40 yards from goal.
Carroll goes up for Suarez's cross, then Spearing chests it down and takes a tumble. He wants a pen but he may have fallen over Carroll.
Diaby beats Carroll to Fabregas' free kick but glances his header a yard wide with Reina beaten.
Clichy tries to find Van Persie but Carragher hacks away.
Some crisp early passing from Arsenal but the play bunching up in the middle of the park.

Before the game there will be a minute's silence for Arsenal director Danny Fiszman, who died during the week. It is poigniant for Liverpool too as this week marked the 22nd anniversary of the Hillsborough disaster.
Liverpool, unsurprisingly, are unchanged after their thumping win over Man CIty on Monday.
Arsenal welcome back Wojciech Szczesny and Johan Djourou after six weeks out while Theo Walcott also starts.
